1. No Returns, No Exchanges

  • All sales made through emetalcrafts.com are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packaged, and shipped. We are unable to cancel, reverse, or modify the order after it has entered into production or dispatch.

2. What About Damaged or Defective Items?

While we do not offer returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

How to request support for a damaged/defective item:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged or defective area (clear, well-lit)
    • Description of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with possible solutions, which may include repair, partial refund, or replacement, at our discretion.

3. Customer’s Responsibility for Reporting Issues Early

  • It is important that you inspect your shipment immediately on delivery.
  • If you fail to report visible damage within 1-2 days, we may not be able to offer any remedy.
  • Keep all original packaging and paperwork until the case is resolved.

4. Exchange Exception (Special Cases)

Under very limited circumstances (for example, if an item is custom-made incorrectly), we may allow an exchange, only after mutual agreement in writing. But this is not guaranteed, and such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refunds & Credits

  • Since we do not accept returns, refunds or store credits for buyer’s remorse or change of mind are not available.
  • If a damaged/defective item is approved, any refund or credit will be processed at our discretion, and the amount (if any) will typically exclude original shipping fees.

6. Shipping for Approved Cases

If we agree to a repair, replacement, or compensation in case of a defect or damage:

  • We may request that you ship the item back to us.
  • We will provide instructions, and in many cases, we will cover return shipping costs, depending on the nature of the defect/damage and your location.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will take the agreed steps.

7. Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to accurately display colors, designs, and dimensions of our products. However, due to lighting, device screens, or handmade nature, slight variances may occur, and these are not valid grounds for return or compensation.
  • eMetalCrafts is not liable for any damage incurred after delivery (e.g. during handling by the customer).
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable laws (where they apply).
